- Leading on absence management cases and working with line managers to coach and upskill in all areas of HR
- Contract updates and amendments, keeping up to date with employment law changes and policy writing
- Assisting with recruitment initiatives and working closely with stakeholders across the business
This is a full-time permanent position based on-site in Leicester, with great on-site facilities, free parking, and flexibility to work hours that suit you between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
You will have an up-to-date and in-depth employment law knowledge, alongside a CIPD Level 5 or be open to working towards this qualification. A strong understanding and experience in handling long-term sickness and absence cases, as well as working with managers to tackle absence problems and identify trends and offer solutions, is also required.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a true operational HR Advisor role, supported by a HR Officer and the opportunity to work daily with a highly experienced HR Manager.
