Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager UK/Nordics

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager to lead our growth strategy in the UK and Nordics regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for all products across the UK & Nordics regions, focusing on rail & bus travel.
  • Build and nurture a portfolio of high-value and strategic commercial partnerships with various travel partners.
  • Lead the negotiation of global, regional, and local commercial agreements related to the UK & Nordics.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive revenue growth and optimize commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Berlin, London, and Prague to define and scale our product, customer strategy, marketing, and partnerships in these markets.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in the UK & Nordics, ensuring customer-centricity and satisfaction.
  • Represent Omio at a senior level across the UK & Nordics, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a leading commercial role within the tech or travel industries, with a passion for travel.
  • Proven experience in B2C products in an e-commerce environment, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
  • Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams and building fast-growth businesses in a scalable way.
  • Experience in structuring large commercial deals and building sustainable strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with a tolerance for ambiguity and a willingness to contribute to building a great company.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic, or Swedish.
