As a Train Presentation Service Manager based in Derby, you will lead the way in ensuring our trains meet the highest standards of service quality. Reporting directly to the Head of Train Presentation, you will play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive operational excellence.

About the Role

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective communication across teams.
  • Monitor and report on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Service Delivery Manager and other team members to drive operational excellence.
