About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring our trains meet Service Quality Regime (SQR) standards. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and maintain robust cleaning policies and procedures. Additionally, you will monitor and report on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective cleaning policies and procedures to ensure compliance and communication across teams.
  • Monitor and report on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational performance.
  • Provide administrative support for training and competencies, enhancing collaboration with internal stakeholders.

As a Train Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, stock management, and resource planning to maximize efficiency. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless operations.
