Job Title: Train Presentation Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Train Presentation (TP) operations. You will work closely with the Head of Train Presentation and the Service Delivery Manager to provide essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain robust cleaning policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective communication across teams.
• Monitor and report on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide administrative support for training and competencies.
• Coordinate purchase orders, stock management, and resource planning to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:
You should be a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for driving operational excellence. A strong understanding of service delivery and coordination principles is essential. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
