Job Title: Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team at Penshaw View Recruitment Careers as an Assessment Specialist. This is a permanent role that requires 2 days of availability per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time based on performance.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in the Hospitality sector and hold or be willing to complete a Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment once contracted. They will also need to possess a driving license, own transport, and be willing to travel to agreed regions within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate trainees' competencies in Hospitality Team Member (housekeeping) training
  • Report on trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality assessment processes

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Hospitality sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
