Job Title: Structural Assessment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Structural Assessment Specialist to join our Property team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be Chartered MRICS qualified and have a strong technical background in surveying.

The role involves handling general material damage losses as well as assisting with complex building related issues. Claims can range from £20,000 to over £1 million in value, with typical claims averaging around £250,000. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our highly experienced adjusters to assess damage, establish defect diagnosis, and progress ensuing that all planning, building regulations, party wall, and CDM issues are addressed. You will also be responsible for arranging testing, report preparation, complaint resolution, and compliance with performance and process requirements.

The successful candidate will have a high professional standard in assessing damage, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be able to travel as required for initial visits and site assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The salary for this role is £50,000-£60,000 + car + bonus.
