Job Overview:

Centro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: You will be responsible for managing a set of accounts that contribute to your target, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your accounts and expanding the business portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Multidisciplinary Coordination: You will oversee projects that span multiple disciplines, including fire safety, maintenance, and security, requiring a broad technical understanding and strong project management skills.
  • Target Achievement: You will be responsible for ensuring targets are met to achieve bonus, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Technical Background: Ideally, someone with an engineering background who can understand and manage multi-disciplinary projects, with a strong understanding of fire safety, maintenance, and security principles.
  • Commercial Mindset: The candidate should be commercially savvy, capable of identifying and exploiting business opportunities, with a strong understanding of sales and revenue growth strategies.
  • Business Development: Previous experience in business development is a necessary requirement, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
