About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld, a leading technology business revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and closing sales opportunities with new and existing customers, while developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell new and enhanced products and services to customers
  • Identify and close sales with new buying points, increasing the company's commercial footprint with each customer account
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including customer procurement and legal teams
  • Negotiate new pricing and Master Software Licensing Agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals of existing and securing new licenses
  • Deliver accurate and time-sensitive solutions using Salesforce
  • Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both the customer and internal company teams
  • Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is up-to-date with accurate information

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Global Account Manager, or Senior Account Manager in a software licensing or subscription SaaS business
  • Customer-facing account management experience in a technology business, preferably with FTSE 100, Fortune 500, global banks, or finance houses
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is
  • Fluent French and/or German (desirable)
