Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Join our client, a pioneering technology company, as a Strategic Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 15 existing cross-industry blue-chip global customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new and enhanced products and services to customers, identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate new pricing and Master Software licensing agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals and secure new licenses.
  • Deliver accurate and time-sensitive robust solutions using Salesforce, ensuring CRM data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Research and identify industry trends, staying cognizant of developments within each customer that may influence buying behavior.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both customers and internal company teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing account management in a software licensing/subscriptions SaaS/technology business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager/Key Account Manager/Global Account Manager/Senior Account Manager working with FTSE100, Fortune500, global banks/finance houses.
  • Commercially astute, with a proven ability to identify and close new opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, fluency in English (written and spoken), and a curious, learning-focused mindset.
  • Desirable skills include fluency in French and/or German.
