We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and customer procurement teams
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely and efficient renewals of existing licenses and securing new licenses
- Deliver accurate and timely solutions using Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system
- Proactively research and identify industry trends, staying up-to-date on developments within each customer's specific market
- Prepare and present reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both customers and internal teams
- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate information
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing account management, preferably in a software licensing or subscription-based SaaS/technology business
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Global Account Manager, or Senior Account Manager, working with FTSE 100, Fortune 500, global banks, and finance houses
- Commercially astute, with a proven ability to identify and close new opportunities and build strong relationships with tech users
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-growth, scale-up expanding business
- Strong organizational skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Curious and learning-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a team player and net contributor
- Fluency in French and/or German
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days remotely, 3 days in the office)
