About the Role

HGC Global Communications is seeking a seasoned business professional to drive the growth of our Mobile Intelligence business. As a Business Manager - Mobile Intelligence, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Mobile Intelligence services, including number verify, subscriber match, and MNP (routing) services globally.
  • Expand customer volumes, sales, and profitability through proactive account management and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for Mobile Intelligence services and drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-sell international A2P SMS, voice, and digital services to Mobile Intelligence customers and generate incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive product development and ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, account management, and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of the Mobile Intelligence/MNP/Identity space and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, team player, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Competencies in strategy, market, commercial, and business understanding.
