About the Role:

The Manager of Global Accounts at Shure is responsible for managing and growing key accounts on a global scale. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our global accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  2. Account Understanding: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each global account, providing tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. Partnership Development: Identify potential partnership opportunities that can drive growth and enhance our market position, as well as identify potential threats to our partnerships, allowing us to proactively address any risks and safeguard our business relationships.
  4. Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, anticipating customer needs and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth.
  5. Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our global accounts, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Collaboration: Connect and collaborate with market and product associates to gather insights, exchange information, and align strategies, ensuring that our global accounts are well-informed about market trends and product developments.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and provide exceptional customer support.
  8. Product Expertise: Demonstrate the operation and installation of Shure products to end users and explain how it fits into the Unified Communications landscape.
  9. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management.
  3. Global Perspective: Strong ability to think globally and effectively communicate across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  4. Account Management: Demonstrated track record in successfully managing global accounts.
  5. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry, market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  6. Business Acumen: Very good business and financial acumen to develop and execute market strategies, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
  7. Communication Skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and present complex information to diverse audiences.
  8. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex business problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  9. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  10. Flexibility: Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing change and leading teams through transformation.
  11. Travel: Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
