About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Gravity Global. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of global clients and delivering best-in-market digital strategies to achieve client business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Main Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between our global clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Associate Director, Client Services, in leading and developing the careers of a team of six digital marketing Account Handlers.
  3. Business Growth: Drive agency growth through operational excellence, opportunity spotting, and strategic thinking, resulting in increased revenue and client satisfaction.
  4. Strategic Planning: Independently craft commercially-minded digital marketing strategies for our largest and fast-paced clients, taking into account their unique business needs and goals.
  5. Delivery Team Leadership: Lead delivery teams in the execution of these strategies, often across different time zones, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  6. Campaign Optimization: Pivot and enrich campaigns independently based on performance and/or environmental opportunities and challenges that emerge, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.
  7. Financial Management: Take financial ownership of the clients you work on, ensuring accounts and projects are profitable and aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Exceptional Client Management: Demonstrate exceptional client management skills with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  2. Agency Experience: Possess demonstrable experience in a similar role in a fast-paced agency setting, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Showcase strategic ability to plan for the longer term as well as day-to-day challenges, with a focus on driving commercial growth and client satisfaction.
  4. Financial Acumen: Demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, with the ability to manage client budgets and ensure profitable outcomes.
  5. Leadership Skills: Possess excellent line and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, manage, and develop direct reports and junior colleagues.
  6. Digital Marketing Expertise: Have hands-on experience of digital marketing channels, including PPC, Social, and Digital PR, as well as analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
