About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software licensing or subscription-based business.
  • Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
