We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld, a leading technology business revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our commercial footprint with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing customers, upselling and cross-selling new and enhanced products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including customer procurement and legal teams.
- Negotiate new pricing and Master Software Licensing Agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals of existing licenses and secure new licenses.
- Deliver accurate and timely solutions using Salesforce, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both customer and internal company teams.
- Ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is up-to-date with accurate information.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Global Account Manager, or Senior Account Manager in a software licensing or subscription-based SaaS technology business.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing account management, with a strong understanding of the tech industry and its trends.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, with fluency in French and/or German a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.
