Job Overview

Crescent School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our estates and sustainability department, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day caretaker functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) activities
  • Conduct compliance checks and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
  • Supervise porterage, cleaning, and security operations
  • Collaborate with the Head of Estates and Sustainability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
