We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the control and delivery of construction projects to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the construction process to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including procurement and supply chain management.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and commercial departments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, including health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
