Tenancy Management Professional

iPeople Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Neighbourhood Housing Services Coordinator to join its team in Lambeth, Greater London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling tenant and leaseholder enquiries, conducting estate inspections, and supporting resident groups.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle tenant and leaseholder enquiries and manage tenancies in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular estate inspections to maintain high standards and involve residents in the process.
- Undertake tenancy audits and take necessary actions to recover properties where tenants are not residing.
- Provide support and guidance to resident groups to help them achieve their objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders using various methods.
- Ensure safeguarding is always considered when carrying out duties.
- Aware of local support agencies and able to direct residents to relevant services.
- Work independently, visiting residents in their homes while maintaining lone working procedures.
- Investigate and resolve complaints efficiently according to organisational policies and procedures.
This role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth within iPeople Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of housing management principles, and experience working with diverse communities.
