Tenancy Management Specialist

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for providing high-level expertise on tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour (ASB), domestic abuse, and legal action for tenancy enforcement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role within the public sector. You must have extensive experience in ASB and an excellent understanding of relevant legislation regarding tenancy management, fraud, and ASB.

The estimated salary for this position is £21.88 per hour depending on experience. The hours are 35-37 per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional early morning or evening work required.

This is a hybrid working role that requires travel across the region. You will be working closely with field-based Neighbourhood Response Officers to ensure effective investigation of cases and appropriate action is taken.
