Job Title: Tenancy Management Specialist

We are recruiting a skilled Tenancy Management Specialist to join our team in North West London.

About the Role:

  • To manage tenancies effectively, ensuring that residents receive timely and professional assistance with their queries and concerns.
  • To conduct regular estate inspections, working closely with residents to maintain high standards and meet performance targets.
  • To undertake tenancy audits, taking prompt action when necessary to recover properties from non-resident tenants.
  • To support resident groups, helping them to influence service delivery and contribute to neighbourhood development.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues, fostering collaboration and facilitating efficient service delivery through various channels.
  • To ensure safeguarding is prioritised during all duties, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • To be aware of external support agencies and signpost residents to relevant service providers, promoting tenancy sustainability.
  • To work independently, investigating complaints and resolving issues in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong understanding of housing management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary: £30,250 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: North West London.
