Tenancy Support Specialists play a vital role in preventing homelessness and ensuring that residents have a safe and secure place to live. As a Tenancy Support Specialist with Novax Recruitment Ltd, you will work closely with residents to identify and address any issues that may be putting their tenancy at risk.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the patch to a high standard, engaging with residents and involving them in the management of their neighbourhood through regular estate inspections. You will also provide general tenancy support to residents, including taking action on breach of tenancy, removal of squatters, and unauthorized occupants.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also ensure the speedy lettings of property in line with the council's and national BVPI targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in using Northgate (SX3) and Contact manager IT systems, as well as the ability to meet various performance targets. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, often in stressful circumstances, by telephone, office interview, home visit, and when representing the Council in court.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,400 - £35,600 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
