Tenancy Management Specialist

CV-Library is recruiting a skilled Housing Patch Officer to deliver high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring tenants and leaseholders receive the support they need to sustain their tenancies and maintain thriving communities.
- Carry out comprehensive property audits, identifying potential fire hazards and working with internal teams to mitigate risks.
- Take a lead role in resolving anti-social behaviour cases, providing empathetic support to victims of domestic violence and referring them to specialist services when necessary.
- Investigate tenancy breaches, serving legal notices, preparing court cases, and representing the service at hearings.
- Work closely with tenant and resident associations to increase resident engagement and foster a sense of community.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to complaints and enquiries from residents in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of housing legislation, policies, and best practices in tenancy management.
- Show confidence in using Microsoft Office and housing management systems to maintain accurate records and manage caseloads.
- Be willing to work flexibly, attending evening meetings, emergency call-outs, and adapting to changing service needs.
