Tenancy Co-ordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tenancy Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Tenancy department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service throughout their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a shared portfolio of tenancies, working closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing support and guidance throughout the tenancy duration.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to confirm their wishes regarding security deposits, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Ensure the portfolio remains compliant by coordinating gas and electrical inspections, and maintaining a thorough understanding of lettings legislation.
  • Handle daily queries from landlords and tenants, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain open communication with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Authorise contractor invoices, ensuring timely payment and efficient service delivery.
  • Negotiate tenancy renewals, ensuring necessary compliance and documentation is in place.
  • Confirm tenancy terminations, ensuring a smooth closure process.
