Tenancy Fraud Investigator

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Fraud Investigator to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the community by uncovering tenancy fraud and ensuring that our housing stock is allocated fairly.
The estimated salary for this role is up to £21.88 per hour PAYE depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent investigative skills to investigate cases of tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex tenancy management cases, preparing legal files, and representing our organization in court as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate cases of tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour.
- Manage complex tenancy management cases.
- Prepare legal files and represent our organization in court as required.
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to acquire evidence and identify fraud.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context.
- Extensive experience in ASB investigation.
- Excellent understanding of anti-social behaviour and/or tenancy fraud.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation in respect to tenancy management, fraud, ASB, and legal disrepair.
- Experience of investigative interviewing.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
