Intelligence and Investigations Specialist

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Intelligence and Investigations Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong investigative skills and knowledge of anti-social behaviour laws.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £21.88 per hour PAYE depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent analytical skills to investigate cases of tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex tenancy management cases, preparing legal files, and representing our organization in court as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate cases of tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour.
  2. Manage complex tenancy management cases.
  3. Prepare legal files and represent our organization in court as required.
  4. Liaise with internal and external agencies to acquire evidence and identify fraud.
  5. Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context.
  2. Extensive experience in ASB investigation.
  3. Excellent understanding of anti-social behaviour and/or tenancy fraud.
  4. Knowledge of relevant legislation in respect to tenancy management, fraud, ASB, and legal disrepair.
  5. Experience of investigative interviewing.
  6. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
