Director of Workforce Excellence

This role has been created to drive continuous improvement within Oliver Brookes' UK & Ireland HR operations, ensuring best-in-class support for their workforce.
The ideal candidate will oversee key employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with audit standards, and lead on policy development and process improvements.
A strong background in HR operations or shared services is required, including experience of managing and developing teams.
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can drive innovation in HR technology, policy creation, and process optimisation.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
