Director of Workforce Innovation

Talent Development Opportunity: We are seeking a Director of Workforce Innovation to drive our Talent, Learning, Leadership, Performance, and Early Careers agenda forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce innovation strategy, aligning with easyJet's corporate objectives.
- Design and deliver impactful learning programmes and development initiatives, tailored to meet the needs of all employees.
- Oversee the easyJet LMS and digital learning experience, ensuring seamless delivery of programs and services.
- Manage the Learning, Early Careers, and Leadership COE, ensuring effective delivery of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging trends and best practices in talent, learning, and leadership development.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all learning and development activities.
- Lead a team of L&D and Early Careers SMEs, ensuring resources are aligned to strategic needs.

You will be an experienced Talent Development professional, with a passion for driving business growth through workforce innovation.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
