Job Description: We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Sales Manager for our SMB division. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Internal Sales Executives (ISE's) to achieve key performance targets, drive revenue growth, and provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet key performance targets.
  2. Manage and coach Internal Sales Executives (ISE's) to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and delivery of high-quality services to customers.
  4. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and vendors.
  6. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
