Sales Growth Manager

Are you a driven Business Development Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the growth of a successful company? We have a fantastic role available for a ambitious individual with experience working in the fire and security industry. The position offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of the business, building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients to grow the company's client base.
The role involves generating new business by leveraging your network to identify leads, open doors and close high-value deals. You will also lead and mentor a small team of Business Development Managers and work collaboratively with the leadership team to contribute to the company's ongoing success and strategic growth.
We are looking for a proven sales professional with a full UK driving license and experience in the Security industry or similar. The ideal candidate will have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the B2B sales market. This is a permanent position based in Basingstoke/Newbury area with a salary range of £46,000 - £54,000 + benefits package.
