We are seeking a new Director of Operations to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in leading the operational functions of our stand-alone academy trust. Reporting directly to the Headteacher/CEO, you will be responsible for the robust management of key non-academic operations, including finance, HR, estates, health & safety, and compliance.

This is a strategic leadership position that requires a flexible and innovative approach to supporting our educational objectives. As our Director of Operations, you will bring a modern, business-like approach to the leadership of the academy's business functions, running these as highly competent and efficient services.
