Job Title: Academic Delivery Officer

Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Research and Innovation Directorate as an Academic Delivery Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-award project support for research activity at the university, working closely with academics and internal/external partners.
  • Manage project budgets, prepare and submit financial claims in line with funder requirements, and advise on university financial policy and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of funders' operational and financial reporting procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project delivery-related queries and requests.

About the Role:

This is a key role within the Directorate, requiring a proactive candidate with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing project finances.
