Job Summary:

Estee Lauder Companies is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

We are a leading prestige beauty company with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland. Our stores offer a wide range of premium beauty products from top brands, including Clinique, Estee Lauder, and M.A.C.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage inventory and cash reconciliation to ensure accurate records and minimize losses
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail software
