About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Maje in Bicester. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the commercial and operational management of the store, including team management, coaching and training, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's commercial and operational strategies, including sales targets and visual merchandising plans.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
