Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager at EG Group's Starbucks store in Bicester, you will play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the store when the Manager is not around, leading and engaging the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Get involved with making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.
