Assistant Manager Role at EG Group

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our EG Group team at our Starbucks store in Bicester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Management experience is desirable, but not essential. We are interested in speaking with team leaders with hospitality or retail experience who are ready to step into a managerial role.
