Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Starbucks store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, customer service, and store cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
