About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your store, from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and business planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity and promoting community initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in managing a team, ideally in a standalone store environment.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry.
  • A passion for wellbeing and a love of customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
