About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, to maintain a high level of store efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
