About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team towards store profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, motivate and develop a diverse team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including staff rota management, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and empower the store team to deliver exceptional performance in all areas of responsibility.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks, including sales reports, petty cash, shipping records, and HR records.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Retail Operations: Knowledge of visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and sales analysis.
  • Ability to Analyze Data: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
