Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of baristas and store partners to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and store partners to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance, adhering to Starbucks' high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
