Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Bicester. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock audits, and banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and banking processes to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
