Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Bang & Olufsen, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial performance and customer experience of our store in Bicester Village. With a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of results, you will be the driving force behind delivering sales and profit targets, while ensuring outstanding customer service and a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
As our new Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Developing and implementing visual merchandising and store displays that showcase our products in an attractive and engaging way.
- Managing the store's operations, including inventory management, stock control, and maintenance of the store's appearance.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including the Global Retail Team, Marketing Manager, and Assistant Store Manager, to ensure seamless execution of all financial and administrative processes.
- Driving local brand awareness and events, campaigns, and activations in close collaboration with the local Head of CoCo, Marketing Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.
- Acting as an ambassador for the brand and representing Bang & Olufsen in and outside the store during key CRM events.

Qualifications
What You Bring
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar in luxury retail, with a proven record of results and a passion for lifestyle or high-end brands. You are gregarious, able to adapt and connect with people from all backgrounds, and have a desire to inspire others to excellence. You possess experience developing junior managers and sales teams, and are incredibly driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example. You are interested in high tech, design, and music, and have experience with Microsoft 365, including Sales CRM. You are fluent in verbal and written communication in English.
