About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Maje, a leading luxury fashion brand within the SMCP Group. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the commercial and operational management of the store, team management, coaching and training of team members, in-store animation, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the store, including commercial and operational tasks
  • Manage a team of sales associates and provide coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards
  • Participate in ambitious projects to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a luxury fashion retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development and customer service
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth
  • Passion for fashion and retail, with a deep understanding of the luxury market
