Job Title: Starbucks Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at EG Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and develop a team of staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
