Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Starbucks team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
