About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding a team towards the store's profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, motivate and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive sales growth. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, including staff rota management, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and empower the store team to deliver exceptional performance in all areas of responsibility.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks, including sales reports, petty cash, shipping records, and HR records.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Retail Operations: Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service to customers.
