Retail Growth Channel Leader

We're looking for a highly motivated Retail Growth Channel Leader to join our Commercial team and spearhead partnerships development efforts.
This role entails:
- Building a portfolio of strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
- Designing and delivering enablement programs to enhance partner knowledge and skills.
- Representing DigitalGenius at industry events, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients, product, and referral opportunities.
- Designing and delivering enablement sessions to educate partners on how to spot referral opportunities.
- Traveling 20-40% of the time to attend industry events, meet with partners, and identify new business opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Partnerships and Marketing teams to refine our partnerships management strategy and build scalable growth channels.
