Channel Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Performance Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts across various channels.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth. They will also have experience in budget management, forecasting, and account planning.
This is a permanent position based in the UK, offering a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company car, laptop, and mobile phone are also provided as part of the benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Plan and attend trade shows and customer events.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Leadership experience in commercial roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial understanding and analysis skills.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 40% of the time.
