Commercial Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Performance Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts across various channels.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth. They will also have experience in budget management, forecasting, and account planning.

This is a permanent position based in the UK, offering a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company car, laptop, and mobile phone are also provided as part of the benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Plan and attend trade shows and customer events.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in commercial roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial understanding and analysis skills.
  • Experience in budget management, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 40% of the time.
