Job Summary:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, providing professional supervision, training, and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

What We Are Looking For:

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Substantial post-qualification professional experience and experience in providing professional supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive salary of £46,399 - £49,588 per annum based on a 36-hour working week
